Light golden yellow sweet flesh with nutty, honey flavor. Excellent for stuffing, roasting, steaming or sauté. I like to halve the squash lengthwise and scoop out the seeds, then slice the squash into 1/4-1/2" half moons. Next toss with coconut, avocado, or olive oil, your favorite salt and seasoning and roast in the oven until golden. Delish.
