This unique mild jalapeno has a heavily corked skin that makes it appear more like a root vegetable than a pepper. It produces larger than average jalapenos with excellent flavor, especially when allowed to ripen until they turn red. Great for use raw or cooked. Milder than the average jalapeno and fairly productive.
